Working out with Xavier @ The Fitness Dungeon has changed my life! I found Xavier at least a year before I finally took that first step to meet him and become a client. Although I wish I hadn't waited, Xavier was definitely worth the wait! I look forward to every session. Xavier listens, motivates, encourages and is always upbeat. I have not gotten to meet him personally or work out at the gym, but he has been awesome and very motivating online. I'm excited to get to AZ and hopefully check it out in person. I am doing reviews for a couple of his products, the Torch weight loss system and R Bars. I love them both! The torch system gives my great energy and cuts my appetite. Even when I do feel hungry, I'm satisfied with much less food. One warning: it makes you hot, as in sweating a bit. I just look at it as torching the lbs and melting them away. :) I'm only a few days in so no dramatic weight loss stats yet. :) The R Bars are a perfect snack, pre or post workout or anytime. They don't have great eye appeal but the taste and simplicity of ingredients makes up for it. Three yummy, sweet ingredients - dates, cashews, cranberries - that's it. Nothing that you can't pronounce. I'm excited to try other flavors!
