I have been training with Coach X for about a month. I am very happy with his extremely positive approach to fitness. I train with him twice a week and I am feeling great! His workout plans are tailored for my physical abilities and he knows how to make you perform at your best. Staying physically fit is very important to me, so i stick with the professional.
